Leadership is relational work. The hardest parts of the job — giving difficult feedback, navigating conflict, leading people through change — aren't failures of strategy or intelligence. They're failures of connection.
That's the relational gap. And it's what I've spent my career learning how to close.
Through tailor made training and coaching, I help you develop the capabilities to…

01
Create accountability without damaging trust Learn how to communicate your perspective clearly, set expectations, and hold others accountable – so your team members know exactly what’s not working, what needs to change, and take ownership of making it happen.
02
Transform conflict into clarity Understand what really drives behaviour and learn how to lead open, honest conversations that get to the root of the issue – so people feel heard, take responsibility, and work together to find a solution.
03
Lead change that people actually get behind Communicate change in a way that meets people where they are – using empathy, clarity and context – so your team feels informed, included, and ready to move forward with you.

Imagine your team tackling challenges head-on without the drama, where feedback leads to real improvement, and where change is embraced rather than resisted. That's what I help you achieve, freeing up your time to focus on strategic leadership and driving your organisation forward."
This isn’t theory training you’ll forget next week. It’s a hands-on process designed to help individuals, leadership cohorts, and entire teams actually do the hard things – with clarity and confidence.
I work through real situations you’re facing, delivered in a format that best suits your needs and objectives:
Everything is tailored to your specific context – from an individual leader's development to a full organisational transformation – so you can move quickly from knowing what to do, to actually doing it well, at every level.
CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE COACH, FACILITATOR AND HIGH-RISK CONFLICT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST.
I am an Executive and Career Coach, with accreditations from both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level and the Association for Coaching (AC) at a Professional Executive Coach level. I am also an Organisation Relationship and Systems Coach (ORSC), International Trainer, and Conflict Resolution Specialist with a Psychology BSc (Hons).
My work centres around providing solutions for individuals, organisations and systems that bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
I also use my time to coach those who would not ordinarily have access to coaching e.g., young men in prison and underrepresented young women, and I am the Director of People Development for the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA, a coaching membership and accreditation body.
In addition, I am active in a range of other activities and pro bono roles, sitting on the Advisory Board for ‘Culture at Work’- a leading global Coaching company that offers Coach Training to Senior Executives worldwide; and I was previously a trustee for two charities.

I believe that who you are as a person and how you lead are inseparable. That's what I bring to every engagement.

Growing up in inner-city London taught me how to navigate challenges, connect across differences, and earn trust where it’s not freely given. These experiences gave me more than any qualifications can provide: emotional depth, empathy, and the ability to meet people where they are.
I didn’t start my career in the boardroom – but the path that brought me there is what makes my work different.
Today, I coach leaders at all levels – from new managers to senior execs – helping them have the conversations they’re avoiding and become the leaders their teams need. I also work with people who don’t usually get access to coaching, like young men in prison‚ because I believe growth shouldn’t be a privilege.
I’ve worked across 20+ industries, spanning the public sector and charitable organisations to international commercial businesses, and I’ve seen this time and time again: when people feel seen and heard, real change happens.
I bring a calm presence, a practical approach, and just the right amount of challenge. I use coaching tools, feedback and real-world practice to help people shift how they show up, not just what they know.
Yes, I’m an accredited coach (PCC, ICF) and trained in systems coaching (ORSC), but what matters more is this: I believe in people. And I know how to bring out their best.
